Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up and we allow to cancel up to 3hrs prior to cancel. To avoid additional charges added to your service please notify the studio of any changes in your schedule. If you are a no show to your appointment and your card provided is unable to be charged the necessary no show fee you will be banned from booking with BeauTi911 Skin Studio.

Late Arrivals

At BeauTi911 we strive to give each client adequate time for their services. Thank you in advance for being courteous to our staff and other clients by keeping in mind we work by appointments.

 

We understand that things happen and are happy to accommodate you up to 8min after your scheduled time. If you arrive later than the grace period you may need to be rescheduled please call 910-920-2878 if you are running behind. No call /No shows will result in a $25
